Set Up Invites & Reminders
The final step of creating a position is configuring the messages that candidates will receive. These can be sent via email or SMS, and are triggered automatically.
How It Works
- Choose a channel — Email or SMS
- Choose a template — select from your existing templates, or click Edit Templates to create a new one
- Choose timing — send immediately on invitation, or after a delay (e.g. 24 hours later)
- Add more messages — you can add up to 5 touch-points per candidate (e.g. initial invite + follow-up reminders)
Important
- WiseWay will not send any messages by default. If you don't configure messages here, invitations must be sent manually by copying each candidate's personal link.
- Reminders are only sent to candidates who haven't completed their interview yet

Tips for Higher Completion Rates
- Use a combination of email + SMS — candidates are more likely to respond when reminded across multiple channels
- Personalise your templates — include the candidate's name, the position title, and how long the interview takes
- Space out reminders — a good pattern is: immediate invite (email), 24h reminder (SMS), 72h final reminder (email)
