Tailor the Interview

The third step of creating a position lets you fine-tune how candidates experience the interview.

Available Settings

Thinking Time

Control how much time candidates have to think before recording their answer. Options:

• Default (3 seconds) — recording starts automatically 3 seconds after the question ends
• Unlimited — candidates decide when to start
• Controlled — choose between 15 seconds, 1 minute, or 1 minute 30 seconds

Answering Time Limit

Control how long candidates can record each answer. The default is 5 minutes per question, but this can be shortened or extended.

Branded Interview

Customise the interview page with your company logo and brand colour. Candidates see your branding instead of the default WiseWay theme.

Retakes

Choose how many times a candidate can re-record their answer to each question. Setting this to zero means the first take is final.
