Answering Time Limit

The answering time limit controls the maximum duration a candidate can spend recording their response to each question.

Default

The default limit is 5 minutes per question. This can be adjusted shorter or longer when building the interview.

Notes

• The same time limit applies to every question in the interview
• When the time runs out, recording stops automatically and the answer is saved
• Candidates can finish recording early by pressing the stop button
• For most roles, 2–3 minutes per question is sufficient — shorter limits encourage concise answers
