Adding a Position

The first step to using WiseWay is to create a position. Inside every position you can build video interviews, tailor them to your needs, and configure automatic invitations and reminders.

Steps

  1. If no positions exist yet, click Add Position from the dashboard
  2. If positions already exist, go to the Positions list and click Add Position
  3. Once created, click the position title to rename it and add a location

After the position is created, you'll move through these stages:

  1. Create the video interview — record or upload your questions
  2. Tailor the interview — adjust timing, branding, and retake settings
  3. Set up invites and reminders — configure candidate notifications
