Available Variables
Use the Insert Variable feature to include dynamic content that gets replaced with real values when the message is sent:
| Variable | Replaced With |
|---|---|
{candidate_name} | The candidate's full name |
{job_title} | The position title |
{interview_url} | The candidate's personal interview link |
{company_name} | Your organisation's display name |
{sender_name} | The name of the person who invited the candidate |
Tips
- Keep SMS messages short — under 160 characters if possible to avoid splitting into multiple messages
- Always include the
{interview_url}variable so the candidate can access their interview - Personalise with
{candidate_name}to increase open and completion rates - Test your templates by previewing them before activating
