Thinking Time
Thinking time controls the gap between when a candidate finishes watching the question and when recording begins.
Options

| 15 seconds | A 15-second countdown appears before recording starts |

| 1 min 30 seconds | A 90-second countdown appears |
Tips
- Unlimited thinking time is best for roles where you want thoughtful, prepared answers (management, strategy)
- Short thinking time (3–15 seconds) works well for roles that require quick thinking (sales, customer support)
- The same thinking time applies to every question in the interview
