Quick Introduction to WiseWay

WiseWay is a one-way video interview platform that helps you make better hiring decisions while shortening time-to-hire. Candidates record video answers to your questions on their own schedule — no live coordination needed.

How It Works

Step 1: Set Up Your Account

After signing up, the workspace administrator has exclusive control over:

• ATS integrations
• Connecting apps (Slack, Zapier, etc.)
• Team management — inviting and managing team members

Head to Settings > General to configure your organization name, logo, and preferences.

Step 2: Create a Position

The process is split into four stages:

1. Add a position — give it a title and location
2. Create the video interview — record or upload video questions for candidates
3. Tailor the interview — adjust thinking time, answer limits, branding, and retakes
4. Set up invites and reminders — choose which messages candidates will receive automatically

Step 3: Invite Candidates

• Add candidates one-by-one or use the bulk import tool (CSV / Excel)
• Each candidate receives a unique personal link to complete their interview
• Invitations can be sent automatically via email/SMS or manually by sharing the link

Step 4: Review Interviews

• You receive a notification whenever a candidate completes their interview
• Rate candidates on a 1–5 star scale
• Add private notes and comments
• Move candidates through your evaluation funnel (To Evaluate → Preselected → Archived)
• Share interview recordings with colleagues for a second opinion
