Tips for Better Interviews
- Start with a warm-up — an easy introductory question like "Tell me about yourself" helps the candidate relax
- Mix question types — combine behavioural, situational, and role-specific questions
- Keep it concise — each question should take no longer than 30 seconds to read or watch
- Include an outro — thank the candidate and explain next steps so they leave with a positive impression
