Reviewing Candidates
Once a candidate completes their interview, their responses are ready for evaluation.
Notifications
You receive an email notification every time a candidate finishes their interview. If you've connected Slack, notifications are posted there too.
Evaluation Workflow
After completion, candidates appear in the To Evaluate stage. From here you can:
Rate Candidates
Give each candidate a rating from 1 to 5 stars. If per-question rating is enabled (in Settings > Defaults), you can rate individual answers and the system calculates an average score.
Add Notes
Use the Private Notes field to record your observations and opinions. These notes are only visible to your team — never to the candidate.
Move Through the Funnel

Archived candidates can be permanently deleted if needed.
Sharing Interviews
Need a second opinion? You can share a candidate's interview with colleagues without inviting them to your workspace:
- Open the candidate's interview
- Click Share Interview
- Generate and copy the link
- Send it to your colleague
Shared links expire after 75 days. They are intended for internal use within your organisation — not for public sharing.
Important
The same email address cannot be invited twice to the same position. If you need to re-invite someone, delete their existing record first, then re-add them.
