Team Management

WiseWay supports multiple team members within a single workspace. The workspace administrator controls who has access and what they can do.

Roles

Administrator (Owner)

The person who created the workspace. They have exclusive control over:

  • Integrations and connected apps
  • Team management (inviting and removing members)
  • Billing, plans, and subscriptions
  • API keys and webhooks
  • SSO configuration

Team Member

Invited members who can work with positions and candidates but have limited administrative access.

Team members can:

  • Create new positions
  • Manage interviews they have access to
  • Review candidate responses and add ratings/notes
  • Share interviews with colleagues

Team members cannot:

  • Manage integrations or connected apps
  • Invite or remove other team members
  • Access billing or subscription settings
  • Create API keys or configure webhooks

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. They receive an invitation email with a link to join your workspace
  5. After registering, they automatically become a workspace member

Removing Team Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Find the member you want to remove
  3. Click the remove button
  4. Confirm the removal

Removed members lose access to all positions and candidate data in your workspace immediately.
