Connect with Zapier

Zapier allows you to automate workflows between WiseWay and thousands of other applications — no coding required.

Initial Setup

1. Log in to Zapier
2. In WiseWay, go to Settings > API Keys and create a new key named "Zapier"
3. Copy the API key
4. In Zapier, go to My Apps > Add Connection > WiseWay
5. Paste the API key when prompted

Example: Auto-Invite from a Form

Automatically invite candidates who fill out a form on your careers site:

1. Trigger: New form submission (Google Forms, Typeform, etc.)
2. Action: WiseWay — Invite Candidate to Position
3. Map the form fields:
   • Name field → Candidate Name
   • Email field → Candidate Email
   • Phone field → Candidate Phone (optional)
4. Choose the target position
5. Turn on the Zap

Example: Notify Slack on Interview Completion

1. Trigger: WiseWay — Interview Completed
2. Action: Slack — Send Channel Message
3. Configure the message template with candidate details
4. Choose the Slack channel
5. Turn on the Zap

Available Triggers

• Candidate invited to interview
• Candidate completed interview
• Interview status changed (preselected, archived)

Available Actions

• Invite candidate to a position
• Create a new position
